Getting Your Work Permit Electronically

WORK PERMITS CAN NOW BE PROCESSED VIA AN ELECTORNIC FORMAT

This process is being made possible by the legislature who recently passed, and Governor Newsom signed, AB908 allowing work permits to be processed via an electronic format during the pandemic.

Here is the steps to get your work permit processed electronically:

1. Send your completed work permit application to me at: dclark@fusdk12.net

2. After I've processed your application I will email you a link to a zoom meeting you and your parent(s) MUST attend explaining the work permit.   I will also include the PP I will be reviewing with you and your parent(s) during the zoom meeting.

3. After the zoom meeting (5 to 10 mins), with BOTH you and your parent(s), I will send your official work permit via email.  You will then print it out, sign it and give it to your employer.

If you have any questions or concerns please email me. Mrs. Clark ;)
